Industrial
Parks
The
communities of St. Francois County have made a commitment to
assist businesses and manufacturers in locating and expanding in
the County by providing well-equipped industrial parks.
There are four developed industrial parks in St. Francois
County–the Bonne Terre Industrial Park, Farmington East
Industrial Park, Farmington West Industrial Park and the Park
Hills Industrial Park.
Significant from a distribution standpoint, all four industrial
parks offer immediate access to U. S. Highway 67, which intersects
Interstate 55 in Jefferson County, approximately 27 miles north of
the central County area.
U. S. Highway 67 is a limited-access, four-lane divided
highway from I-55 south to the City of Fredericktown.
The Bonne Terre Industrial Park is located on the north side of
the City of Bonne Terre and has water, sewer and electric on site.
There are 105.7 acres available for development.
Current tenants include GWS Contractor, Waterworks
Specialties and Eagle Waterjet/Plattin Tool and Die.
The park is located in a Tax Increment Financing (TIF)
District.
The
City of Farmington offers two fully developed industrial parks.

S. highway 67 and south of State Highway W.

the park.

Park are the Rubbermaid Corporation, Centene Corporation, SR

property tax relief for 10 to 20 years.
